ZenTao has two ways to access. One is GET, and the access address is /?m=xx&f=xx. The other one is static access, and its access address is /usr-login.html. The url address is more concise than GET. In the following part, it will be introduced how to configure static acess for ZenTao.

1. Configure Apache

1.1 First, load the module of rewrte.
Find the configuration of Apache. It is usually saved in the directory of conf/httpd.conf. Check whether the rewrite module is loaded. If not, open it and then restart Apache server.
Configuration files in Windows. LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so. If there is # before it, just delete it.
In Linux, turn on rewrite according the actual situations.

1.2 Check the override option of .htaccess.

Open the configutation file of Apache and check AllowOverride. If it is None, then change it to All (There may be multiple options of Allow Override. Choose a directory that is relevant to ZenTao or replace all).
1.3 ZenTao one-click installation package has turn on rewrite and AllowOverride. So the two steps above can be skipped.

2. Configure ZenTao

Open config/my.php and change RequestTypein into PATH_INFO.
1 <?php
2 $config->installed= true; // whether it is installed;
3 $config->debug= true;  // whether debug is opened. If the system is not working, set it as true
4 $config->requestType= 'PATH_INFO'; // how to obtain the information required currently.optional values: PATH_INFO|GET.

3. FAQ

3.1 iis is not configured in ZenTao. Theoretically it should also support static access, though it might be very complicated. Anyone who has configured it successfully, we will be very happy to know how.
3.2 If ZenTao doesn’t work well after configuring the static access, you can change it to GET, the most common access mode.
